Scheduling
Where schedules live
Every project has its own schedule. Open a project and pick the Schedule tab to see its phases and tasks on a timeline, with today as a vertical line:
- Drag a bar to reschedule a task — you confirm the new start, and the tasks that depend on it can move too
- ☂ on an outdoor task means rain is likely in its window — push it and let the assigned subs know
- Lock baseline, then tick vs baseline to see what slipped against the original plan
In the mobile app, open a project and tap Schedule to see its tasks and dates.
There’s no separate company-wide Schedule page: each job’s schedule lives with its budget, subs and daily logs. An old link to that page opens the project it named, or your project list.
Adding tasks
Open a project, go to the Tasks tab and click + Task. Give it a name, a phase (e.g. Framing, MEP, Finish), a start date and how many days it takes. Then open the task to assign a sub or team member and link dependencies, so a delay in one task pushes the next. In the iPhone and iPad app, tap Add task on the project’s Schedule tab.
Updating status
Click any task to mark it Scheduled, In progress, Done, or Blocked. If a date slips, the Push date action shifts the task and (optionally) everything that depends on it.
Today view
The Today page on the sidebar gives every team member a single list of what they’re responsible for right now, no schedule scrolling needed.
