Your data is yours. Export anytime from Settings. Delete your account anytime — we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's gone for good.

We bill monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

We're not responsible for construction-management decisions you make. The AI is a tool, not a foreman. You're still the GC.

SMS messaging terms

Program. Frametry sends transactional text messages on behalf of residential construction businesses (your contractor or builder) to their clients — estimate links to review and sign, warranty visit updates, project status notifications, and one-time verification codes when you access a private portal. These are not marketing messages.

Consent. You provide your mobile number to your contractor when you request an estimate, file a warranty claim, or ask to follow your project, and agree to receive related text messages from that contractor through Frametry. Before messages are sent, you confirm control of the number by entering it and a one-time passcode the first time you open your portal. At the point your number is collected you are shown: "I agree to receive transactional text messages from my contractor via Frametry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of using Frametry. We never market to you, and we never sell or share your number or consent with third parties for marketing — see our Privacy Policy and the SMS Messaging Program page.

Opt-out & help. Reply STOP (or OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE) to any message to unsubscribe immediately — you'll get one confirmation reply and then nothing else. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP (or INFO) for support contact info, email [email protected], or ask the contractor who added you to remove your number from their Frametry account.
