Billing and trial
Free plan and trial
Frametry has a Free plan: one user, one active project, and 5 GB of storage — free forever, no card required. Archive a finished project any time to start the next one; every module stays visible, with core modules fully usable and premium modules read-only until you upgrade. The Free plan is claimed at signup — one free workspace per person — and AI features stay on paid plans.
Free also caps how much lives in the workspace, counted across all of your projects:
- 5 project documents
- 20 photos (daily log + punch list)
- 30 tasks
- 30 daily logs
- 10 contacts and 5 subcontractors (live ones — archived don’t count)
- 3 change orders and 25 punch items
- 25 budget lines
- 1 bid request, 1 client-portal client, 1 mood board
- 10 notification emails a day
Hit a cap and Frametry names the one you hit and links you to Billing. Nothing is deleted, and the moment you upgrade, the item caps come off: every paid tier has unlimited documents, photos, tasks, contacts and the rest — still counted, never capped — and your daily email allowance steps up with the tier. The full tier-by-tier table is on the pricing page.
Paid tiers come with a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start it — you won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from the Billing page. During the trial you get every module at your tier’s user and active-project limits. AI features and your tier’s full storage switch on with your first payment; storage is 5 GB during the trial.
Plans
Five paid tiers run from $149.99/mo to $2,499.99/mo, and the ladder is graduated: seats, active projects, storage (25 GB on Solo up to 500 GB on Business), the monthly allowances — AI tokens and texts to subs and clients — and daily notification emails all step up together, while every paid tier includes every module and leaves documents, photos, tasks, contacts and the other item counts unlimited. Every number, tier by tier, is on the pricing page. You can pick monthly or annual billing: annual is the monthly price times ten, so you get two months free. The Warranty Portal, QuickBooks Online sync and API access are optional add-ons on top of any paid tier. For teams of 21+ there is Enterprise — contact us for specialized pricing.
Subscribing from the iPhone app
The iPhone app sells the same five paid tiers through Apple in-app purchase, at the same monthly prices as the web. On the iPhone app the first month is free through Apple, for Apple IDs that haven’t used an introductory offer. Annual billing — the option that gives you two months free — is web only, and so are promo codes and the web’s 30-day trial. One subscription covers both, so whichever way you buy it, the same workspace is available on the web and on mobile.
